Our fine French Pastries & Cakes are made fresh each morning by our talented owner/creative director and Pastry Chef, Hamza Aidouni. Hamza has over 20 years experience running his own very successful boulangeries and pastisseries back home in his native Paris, but also has experience working as a Head Pastry Chef in some of London's finest five star hotels as well as at the world renowned Harrods Department Store in Central London.
We are just as passionate about great coffee as we are about excellent patisserie and fine French cakes. That's why we have partnered with The Old Barracks Coffee Roasters in Birdhill. Our trained baristas serve our House Blend and a high quality decaf each morning from 07:30 (weekdays/Saturday) and 08:30 (Sunday)
